June365 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Bet

Welcome to June365. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and June365 ("June365," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online sports betting platform accessible at june365.click and related subdomains.

By accessing the June365 website, creating a member account, or placing a bet of any kind on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To register and maintain an account on June365, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. June365 does not permit minors to register or participate in any betting activity on the platform. Age verification will be requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing June365 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of June365, nor an immediate family member of any such person, when participating in real-money betting on the platform.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion or self-exclusion registry applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under any legal disability that prevents you from doing so, you may not use June365.

Each individual may hold only one June365 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. June365 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, contact June365 customer support immediately at support@june365.click.

June365 is required to verify the identity of its members in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC).

You may be requested to provide identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or when your account activity triggers an internal review. Acceptable documents include:

• Philippine government-issued ID (SSS card, UMID, PhilSys, driver's licence, passport, Voter's ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification issued within the last 90 days)
• Source of funds declaration where required by June365's compliance procedures

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawals or account activity until verification is complete. June365 will not process withdrawal requests from unverified accounts above the applicable threshold.

June365 accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (₱) only. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. June365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts in another person's name will be reversed and the associated account will be investigated.

June365 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside June365's control. Deposits are typically credited to your June365 wallet immediately or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.

June365 reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting any deposit that triggers an internal risk review, or to limit deposit amounts at its reasonable discretion in compliance with applicable regulations.

Withdrawal requests on June365 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by VIP tier:

• Bronze: 24–48 hours
• Silver: 12–24 hours
• Gold: 6–12 hours
• Platinum: 2–4 hours
• Diamond: Approximately 1 hour

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed the identity verification process may have withdrawal requests held pending the submission and review of required documents. June365 will not impose this delay arbitrarily — it is applied only where required by our compliance obligations.

If a bonus was used on your account, you must meet the applicable wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. Funds derived from your own deposits (not from bonuses) are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time.

All bets placed on June365 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the sport and event in question. General betting rules applicable to all markets on June365 include the following:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and confirmed, the stated odds are locked in for that bet regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Voided bets — arising from event cancellations, postponements, or other specified circumstances — will have the stake returned to the member's wallet in full.
• June365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed (including due to technical errors, data feed issues, or obvious mispricing).
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets on June365. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and VIP tier. June365 may adjust maximum stake limits at its discretion without prior notice.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets are permitted on June365. If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the remaining legs will stand and the payout will be calculated on the reduced number of selections.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended or restricted at any time during an event at June365's sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute over the result of a market, June365's determination of the result shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure described in these Terms.

June365 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, odds boosts, and cashback promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered by June365 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms before you accept the offer.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are available for withdrawal at any time subject to withdrawal minimums and KYC requirements. Bonus-derived funds are only available for withdrawal once wagering requirements have been met in full.
• June365 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets across accounts, using bonuses in conjunction with low-variance betting patterns designed to convert bonus funds without genuine sporting risk, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once.
• Bonuses are offered to individual members and are not transferable. Sharing, selling, or transferring bonus offers to other members or third parties is not permitted.
• June365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated early, any wagering requirement progress already accumulated will be honoured at the point of closure.
• Cashback bonuses offered as part of the VIP Club program are calculated on net losses over the applicable review period and credited in real pesos, not subject to wagering requirements, unless the specific VIP tier terms state otherwise.

The June365 VIP Club is a five-tier loyalty program available to all registered members. VIP points are accumulated automatically on all settled bets. The following terms apply to VIP Club membership:

• VIP tier upgrades occur automatically when a member's accumulated point balance reaches the applicable threshold for the next tier. No manual application is required.
• Tier maintenance is based on rolling betting activity reviewed periodically. Members who fall below the activity threshold for their current tier during a review period may have their tier adjusted. Members will be notified before any downgrade takes effect.
• VIP benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal speed tiers, odds boost allocations, and access to a dedicated account manager — are as described on the VIP Club page and are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.
• June365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Club at any time, with notice to affected members where practicable. Any VIP points accumulated prior to the effective date of a material change will be honoured.
• VIP status is non-transferable and is personal to the account holder. Members found to be sharing accounts in order to accumulate VIP points across multiple individuals will have their accounts suspended.

The June365 Refer a Friend program allows existing members to earn referral rewards by inviting new members to register on the platform. The following terms apply:

• Referral rewards are only triggered when a referred individual registers a new June365 account via the referrer's unique referral link and makes a qualifying first deposit meeting the minimum deposit threshold.
• The referred individual must be a genuinely new member of June365 — they must not have held a previous June365 account under any name, email, or phone number.
• Referral rewards are credited to the referrer's June365 wallet after the qualifying deposit is confirmed. Rewards are paid in Philippine pesos.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral program, or referring accounts that are controlled by the same individual, constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all referral rewards earned and suspension of the referring account.
• June365 reserves the right to modify the referral reward structure, including rates and qualifying conditions, at any time with prior notice published on the platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on June365 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using different identity information
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using the platform while under 18 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, or any other tool to place bets or manipulate the platform in a way not sanctioned by June365
• Colluding with other members to exploit markets, betting systems, or bonus offers
• Placing bets for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity
• Sharing your account credentials with or placing bets on behalf of another person
• Attempting to access, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the June365 platform, its source code, or its underlying systems
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the platform or interferes with the experience of other members

June365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct described in Section 11
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute raised with a payment provider
• A request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Member's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests submitted during the suspension period will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that the member acted in good faith, any funds legitimately owed will be released. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, funds associated with that conduct may be forfeited.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their June365 account may do so by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the member's registered payment method after any outstanding withdrawal holds are resolved.

June365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. Betting should be an enjoyable activity — not something that negatively affects your finances, relationships, or wellbeing. June365 provides the following tools to help members stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that remind you of how long you have been logged in during a single session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from betting for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cool-off, your account remains accessible for withdrawals but new bets cannot be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for a defined long-term period, exclude yourself from accessing June365's betting services. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and are not reversible during the requested exclusion period.

All content on the June365 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, images, odds data, software, and any other materials — is the proprietary property of June365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the June365 platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the June365 platform without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of June365's intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, June365's liability to any member arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in the member's June365 wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

June365 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from the use or inability to use the June365 platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if June365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

June365 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to its platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and force majeure events may occasionally affect platform availability. June365 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will notify members of planned maintenance in advance where possible.

June365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By registering on June365, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

June365 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where necessary to provide platform services (such as payment processing and KYC verification) or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

June365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via the email address registered to their account and will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the June365 platform and contact customer support to request account closure. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to June365's operations. Members agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through June365's internal complaints process.
